Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2-inch pork chops
    regular Crisco
    1 large onion
    Kraft Thick 'N Spicy original barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Heat 1 tablespoon regular Crisco in cast-iron frypan to smoking.
    Salt
    and
    pepper
    both sides of each chop (rub in). Slide
    each
    chop
    into hot grease and keep moving until it is seared
    enough
    to not stick to bottom.
    Sear until very light brown,
    then turn and do other sides.
    Leave on each side only until
    very
    light\tbrown, don't fry chops.
    Take chops out of pan and
    drain
    on plate.
