Low-Fat Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. canola oil
1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat yogurt
1/3 c. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
3 egg whites
4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside.
Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in yogurt mixture and egg whites.
Combine flour and salt.
Stir 2 cups flour mixture into yogurt mixture.
Stir or beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
Gradually stir in remaining flour mixture.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
Punch dough down, roll out on floured surface and shape as desired.
Place on lightly greased baking sheets.
Cover and let rise in warm place which is free from drafts until doubled in size.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
