All-In-One Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    1 c. cooked, drained peas
    1 c. cooked, drained carrots
    1 c. steamed Minute rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Steam hamburger, onion and peppers until red is gone from meat; add peas, carrots, rice and celery soup.
    Place in casserole dish; top with onion rings.
    Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
