Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice (day-old, dry and fluffy)
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 celery, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    parsley, chopped
    2 c. fresh tomatoes (puree or use sauce)
Preparation
    Smother vegetables with 2 tablespoons oil.
    Season with salt, bell pepper, red pepper and Worcestershire.
    Cook slowly until almost dry.
    Add rice and stir with a fork to mix.
    Cook until dry.
    To the mixture, add bacon, ham, shrimp, crawfish or crabmeat.
