Very Smooth Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
    milk
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
