Escalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen, cooked and salted
    1 pt. oysters
    1 pt. broth
    6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 pt. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter (if needed)
Preparation
    Cool the chicken and pick off bones; cut meat (not too fine). If mixture is too thick and dry, add more broth.
    Sprinkle some crumbs on the top and bake until golden brown.
