Ground Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. long grain rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    3 c. coarsely chopped or shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Lightly brown ground beef in oil.
    Mix in onion, salt, pepper and rice.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
    Add soup and water; mix well.
    Remove from heat.
    Spoon cabbage into 2-quart greased casserole dish.
    Pour meat mixture over cabbage to completely cover cabbage.
    Do not stir.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
