Duck Blood Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 duck, cut up (2 to 3 lb.)
    1 qt. water
    1 stalk celery
    1 carrot
    2 sprigs parsley
    1 c. sour cream
    1 qt. duck or goose blood
    salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste
    3 whole allspice
    2 whole cloves
    1/2 lb. dry pitted prunes
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. dried apples or pears
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cover duck with water in large kettle.
    Add salt.
    Bring to boil.
    Skim off foam.
    Put vegetables and spices into a cheesecloth bag and add to soup.
    Cover and continue boiling for an hour.
    Remove spice bag.
    Remove meat; remove bones and chop meat.
    Return it to the soup.
    Add dried fruit and cook for 30 minutes.
