All-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 c. All-Bran
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put egg, sugar, oil, molasses, All-Bran and milk into mixing bowl and let stand 20 to 30 minutes.
    Sift remaining ingredients and add to bran mixture.
    Mix only until moistened.
    Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
