Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1 lb. lard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    water
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together until crumbly.
    Break egg into a one-cup measure.
    Add lemon juice; beat together with a fork.
    Finish filling cup with water.
    Pour over flour mixture and stir with fork.
    Roll out crust on floured board.
    Makes 7 crusts.
