Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 lb. sausage
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
6-8 c. stale bread
Preparation

Spray 9 X 13 pan with Pam. Cut up stale bread in squares and cover bottom of pan. Brown sausage until crumbly. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat eggs, milk and salt (could add some chives and thyme also). Pour over sausage and cheese, cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Next morning bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 min. Serves 6 - 8.
