Banana Bread With Peanut Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. rum extract
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, rum extract, vanilla, bananas and flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add pecans.
    Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
    Cool slightly and spread Peanut Frosting while still warm.
    Cool in pan and cut into bars.
