Fish In Dill Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. low-fat yogurt (plain or nonfat yogurt)
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/2 c. cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 tsp. dill weed
8 oz. whitefish fillets
1/2 c. white wine (can substitute fish bouillon)
Preparation

Peel cucumber and then cut longways.
Then seed the center of the cucumber and chop.
Mix first 4 ingredients and let set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
