Cranberry Nut Bread #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. cranberries, sliced (#3 cutter)
    1 whole orange (put through food chopper)
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
    Add remainder of ingredients; blend until all ingredients are wet.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Let stand overnight before cutting.
