Oatmeal Pudding Cookies(Makes 3 Dozen.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. softened margarine
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 pkg (4oz) instant lemon pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
2 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine margarine, the sugars & pudding mix in large bowl; beat until smooth & creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, stir in oats & raisins (batter will be stiff).
Drop from rounded tablespoons on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 min.
