Apple-Topped Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 boneless pork loin chops (4 oz. each)
1 tsp. canola oil
1/4 c. white wine or chicken broth
2 medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp. butter or stick margarine
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. unsweetened apple juice, divided
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

In a nonstick skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil. Place in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Add wine or broth to the skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits. Pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
