Crunchy Potato-Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
no-stick cooking spray
6 oz. ground beef, browned, rinsed and patted dry
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 oz.) pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix
1 pkg. potatoes, refrigerated or frozen and shredded
Preparation

Saut the onion and green pepper in a skillet that has been coated with no-stick cooking spray.
When the vegetables are tender, add the ground round, the tomato sauce and the onion soup mix.
Place the mixture in a baking dish that has been coated with no-stick cooking spray.
Top the meat mixture with the shredded potatoes.
Lightly spray the potatoes with no-stick cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Makes 4 servings, 4 fat grams per serving.
