Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup milk
    1 Tbsp butter, melted
    1 cup flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Beat milk, butter, flour and salt just until smooth.
    Mix in eggs, one at a time, but do not over-beat.
    (Batter should be no heavier than whipping cream.)
    Butter and flour muffin pans.
    Fill each tin no more than 3/4 full.
    Bake immediately for 15 minutes.
    Lower heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 20 more minutes.
    DO NOT OPEN OVEN!!
    Test one popover for doneness by removing it and checking to see if sidewalls are firm.
    If popovers are not cooked completely, they will collapse.
