Salmon Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. red pepper strips
2 c. chopped zucchini
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. half and half
8 oz. fettucini, cooked and drained
1 can pink salmon
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute red peppers, zucchini and garlic in butter.
Remove from pan.
Add half and half to pan; heat.
Combine with sauteed vegetables.
Add remaining ingredients.
Toss lightly.
