Swedish Yule Crispy(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. ground walnuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening; add sugar, eggs, vanilla and flour mixture. Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Dip into cinnamon and nut mixture. Flatten with a small glass (orange juice size).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes (on ungreased cookie sheets).
    Makes 4 dozen.
