Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices dry bread
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. dry oregano
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread in water 2 to 3 minutes.
    Squeeze out moisture. Combine soaked bread with remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into balls.
    Brown slowly in 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    Add to Italian Red Gravy sauce and cook 1 hour.
