Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. caramels
    1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed.
    Pour 1/2 of batter in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Melt margarine and caramels on low heat; mix well.
    Stir in Eagle Brand milk.
    Sprinkle nutmeats and chocolate chips over baked cake; pour caramel mixture over all.
    Pour remaining batter over caramels. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
