Sheryl'S Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 7 lb.) pork roast
    2 cans whole tomatoes
    red pepper
    6 medium potatoes
    4 carrots
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil roast on low heat for 2 hours with red pepper.
    Take up and put in casserole bowl.
    Cut up tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and onion.
    Arrange over roast.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve while hot.
