Pear Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
5 or 6 pears
1 Tbsp. flour
5 slices white bread
1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, flour, oleo and eggs.
Grease a baking dish.
Place pared and sliced pears on bottom, then add bread.
Pour mixture of sugar, flour, oleo and eggs over bread.
Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
