Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. cream
    salt and pepper
    3 saltines, crumbled
    1 tsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat
Preparation
    Mix together, adding crab last. Form into 4 patties. Fry in oil until golden.
