Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 jars carrots (junior baby food)
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, eggs and oil.
    Add carrots.
    Add flour, a little at a time, then the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour into two round pans, greased and floured.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
