Carrots In Onion Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely diced onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. diced carrots, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion in hot oil until limp.
    Stir in carrots, milk, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring gently until sauce coats the carrots and is slightly thickened.
