Spinach Balls(Hors D'Oeuvres) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen spinach
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing (crumbs)
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. softened margarine
Preparation
    Cook spinach, drain and squeeze well.
    Mix well each ingredient as added to spinach.
    Make balls the size of walnuts. Freeze. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not thaw first. Serve with sweet and sour or hot mustard, preferably Herlocker's dipping mustard.
