Cement Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    whipped cream
    coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar and baking powder.
    Fold in crushed graham crackers, pecans and vanilla. Pour into a 9-inch pie pan, lightly greased with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with coarsely chopped pecans.
