Salmon Loaf With Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained, flaked, skinned and boned
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Add salmon. Mix until uniform.
    Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is firm in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Allow to stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.
    Slice and serve with Cream Sauce.
