Garlic Skillet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
    4 large red skinned potatoes, cut into thin wedges
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder with parsley
    3/4 to 1 tsp. seasoned salt
    3/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    chopped fresh parsley, garnish
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
    Add potatoes, onion, garlic powder with parsley, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and sugar.
    Cook uncovered over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
