Red Wine Vinegar Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. apple juice
    5 c. water
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    2 whole bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper or regular pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place ribs, chops, chicken or fish in dish and cover with marinade.
    Let stand for 24 hours or at least 3 hours.
    Remove meat from liquid and grill over medium-hot coals until nearly done.
    Brush on barbecue sauce, turning once or twice.
