Shoepeg Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Shoepeg white corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    potato chips or 1/2 pkg. Stove Top (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Bake plain or top with crumbled potato chips or 1/2 package of dry Stove Top stuffing.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
