Pumpkin Squares(Frozen) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
36 or more crumbled gingersnaps
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened or yogurt
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. In a chilled bowl, fold pumpkin mixture into ice cream.
