Cheese Cake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Crust:
    Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup softened butter.
    Blend on low speed (scraping bowl often) until particles are fine like meal.
    Lightly pat mixture in bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
    Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
