Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sliced green pepper
    1 large sliced onion
    1 small minced garlic clove
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can tomato soup
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    2 c. cooked small shrimp
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook pepper, onion and garlic in shortening. Stir in soup, lemon juice, salt, pepper and shrimp.
    Heat and serve over fluffy rice.
    Serves six.
