Mushroom Stuffed Vienna Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unsliced Vienna bread
    8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
    12 oz. grated Swiss cheese
    8 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Score bread diagonally in both directions almost to the bottom.
    Spread bread open and push in mushrooms and cheese.
