Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. macaroni
1 c. grated cheese
1 egg
milk, enough to cover
butter
salt and pepper
cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Strain and rinse in cold water.
Butter a baking dish.
Place a layer of macaroni in the bottom of the dish and a layer of cheese over that.
Season with salt and pepper.
Dot with butter.
Repeat until the macaroni and cheese are used up.
Beat the egg and add to the milk.
Pour over macaroni and cheese.
Sprinkle the top with crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
