Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    8 slices American process cheese
    2-4 drops hot sauce
Preparation
    Melt margarine in sauce pan over medium heat.
    Add flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
    Let mixture bubble for 1 minute; slowly stir in milk.
    Mixture should start to thicken.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Season with hot sauce.
    Makes about 2 cups.
    Great over vegetables.
