Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt in top of double boiler, add scalded milk and stir.
    Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Beat egg yolks, stir into a little of the hot mixture and pour into mixture in double boiler.
    Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat, add butter, vanilla and coconut. Cool.
