Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 pkg. broccoli
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 small jar mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter and stir in flour and cream cheese; stir until smooth.
    Add milk and bring to a boil.
    Cook broccoli and drain well.
    Add to the cheese mixture.
    Stir in salt and pepper, onion and mushrooms.
    Pour into a casserole dish and top with croutons. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
