Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    6 medium squash
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) herb seasoning stuffing
Preparation
    Cut up squash and onion fine.
    Cook until tender, then drain the excess water off.
    Add margarine, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and herb stuffing.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle some herb crumbs over the top and bake for about 25 minutes or until it begins to bubble.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
