Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sauerkraut
4 tomatoes
1 medium green pepper
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion, grated
4 radishes
Preparation

Chill can of sauerkraut in refrigerator overnight.
Drain juice; rinse kraut well in cold water.
Thinly slice radishes. Cut pepper into thin strips.
