Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    minced onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes 10 minutes.
    Cool and grate into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with minced onion.
    Mix together mushroom soup and sour cream and pour over vegetables.
    Sprinkle with both cheeses.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
