Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. seasoned croutons
    1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 chopped onion
    2 c milk
    6 to 8 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. chopped, fried bacon
Preparation
    Spray pan. Layer croutons, bacon, cheese and onions. In a bowl mix eggs, milk, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour on top. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 50 minutes.
