Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) chicken
    1 large onion, diced
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    7 Tbsp. oleo
    2 stalks celery
    1 c. milk
    1 can refrigerator biscuits
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in salt and celery with enough boiling water to half cover chicken.
    Add onion the last 1/2 hour of cooking.
    Bone chicken, leaving
    fairly large pieces.
    Arrange in a 2-quart casserole dish; set aside.
