Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oleo, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 mashed bananas
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add dry ingredients alternately with evaporated milk.
Add pecans; stir.
Add mashed bananas; mix well.
Divide equally into two 9-inch loaf pans, which have been greased and floured lightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
