Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    chili powder
    16 oz. Velveeta
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 large head lettuce
    2 large corn chips
    2 large tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    salt
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in small amount of oil.
    Saute onion, celery and bell pepper.
    Simmer meat and vegetable mixture.
    Season with chili powder and salt to taste.
    Melt cheese and add Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Cut lettuce coarsely and dice tomatoes; put in bowl. Add meat and vegetable mixture and mix lightly.
    Add chips and hot hot cheese.
    Toss together and serve immediately.
