Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. powdered buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.\tMix in shortening until mixture
    is
    crumbly.
    Add\tenough\twater
    for dough, just dry enough
    to work.
    Knead lightly on a floured surface. Roll 1/2 inch
    thick and cut.
    Bake in greased pan (grease tops) for 12 to 15\tminutes (until nicely browned) at 450\u00b0.
    Sour milk may be used.
