Ingredients

1 qt. whole milk
1 qt. half and half
3 c. sugar
6 lemons
Preparation

Slice 2 lemons into very thin half slices.
Juice remaining 4 lemons.
Pour juice over sugar.
Let stand 2 hours in refrigerator. Mix with milk and half and half.
Pour into churn.
Add sliced lemons.
Freeze according to your ice cream freezer instructions.
